Tractor units are characteristically a heavy-duty towing engine that has the mobility for transporting a towed or trailered load.
The heart of our fleet are the 6 x 2 tractor units that pull our general haulage trailers. We have recently taken delivery of six Scania R540 vehicles with Euro 6 specification automatic gearboxes. These vehicles give a much-improved performance and emissions which comply with the latest ultra-low emission zone standards in London, due to be rolled out to other major cities around the country. Our drivers are all experienced in sheeting and securing their loads and take great care and pride in ensuring that your goods arrive on time. Our vehicle maintenance is undertaken both in-house and by leading local main dealers which ensures the highest standards.
All vehicles are fitted with the latest TomTom tracking and telematics equipment, enabling us to follow the progress of your load in real-time and allowing us to provide our customers with an accurate time of arrival.
